[Version Update] Mozilla Firefox 26.0 Released, Download Link Inside

Mozilla has updated its web browser "Firefox" to version 26.0. It comes with following new features and updates:

All Java plug-ins are defaulted to 'click to play'Password manager now supports script-generated password fieldsUpdates can now be performed by Windows users without write permissions to Firefox install directory (requires Mozilla Maintenance Service)Support for H.264 on Linux if the appropriate gstreamer plug-ins are installedSupport for MP3 decoding on Windows XP, completing MP3 support across Windows OS versionsCSP implementation now supports multiple policies, including the case of both an enforced and Report-Only policy, per the specSocial API now supports Social Bookmarking for multiple providers through its SocialMarks functionalityMath.ToFloat32 takes a JS value and converts it to a Float32, whenever possibleThere is no longer a prompt when websites use appcacheSupport for the CSS image orientation propertyNew App Manager allows you to deploy and debug HTML5 webapps on Firefox OS phones and the Firefox OS SimulatorIndexedDB can now be used as a "optimistic" storage area so it doesn't require any prompts and data is stored in a pool with LRU eviction policy, in short temporary storageFIXED: When displaying a standalone image, Firefox matches the EXIF orientation information contained within the JPEG imageFIXED: Text Rendering Issues on Windows 7 with Platform Update KB2670838 (MSIE 10 Prerequisite) or on Windows 8.1FIXED: Improved page load times due to no longer decoding images that aren't visibleFIXED: AudioToolbox MP3 backend for OSXFIXED: Various security fixes

Mozilla has removed the option to put tabs back on bottom, if you want to get it back, check out this tutorial.

There are a few frustrating things with the Firefox 26.0 update:

Bookmarks sort order no longer works on individual folders;
Opening a new tab and waiting for it to load takes a very long time, even if you don't have many tabs open, and it freezes the current page you are on;
and I had to disable Hardware Acceleration because web page text was unreadable.

Do you have any advice or fixes, VG?

^^ You can try a fresh install of Firefox. Uninstall Firefox and delete its folders from AppData and "Program Files". Then reinstall Firefox and now it should work fine.

i install the latest version coz i thought it will load faster but im wrong. VG, do you have any advice? My firefox doesnt load faster.

^^ As I suggested in above comment, you should also try a clean install of Firefox.
