Everyone knows that Microsoft has recently released Windows 8.1 Operating System which is available free for windows 8 customers. There are a lot of improvements in Windows 8.1 with new features for great personalization. One of the best thing is keeping our themes and wallpapers as the windows 8.1 start screen background. Sadly many don't know how to apply this tweak so read on to know how to enable this option.
How To Right-click on a blank area your Taskbar in Windows 8.1, and choose Properties in the pop-up menu.
